book really gives me most benefit. Especially in keeping healthy and prevent
the heart attack that maybe come sometime without any sign. This book also
gives us further information about heart attack, heart diseases and another
illness that can make us died. This book also gives us some solution to prevent
heart attack such as treatment to lower the calorie, to lose weight and so on.

The
book is the best for some research that related to heart diseases. Because it
really explain about it with simple language and it didn’t makes researcher
confuse. The writer of this book also give some steps how to prevent heart
diseases that can be discover by the researcher. But this book also good for our
daily reading.

I
think the part of the book that very suitable with the title is the steps five
about live the heart smart life: a cardiologist’s practical and proven
approach. From the title we already know that very suitable part of this book
is this part. It talks about heart smart program; the exercise, the rule of
eating habit that we have to approach or we have to cut out.

I
like the book because the language is easy. It is formal but simple, than we
can exactly understand about the writer massage. The field of the book is
interesting, because it told about an important topic easily in our life. The
font of the book good and we enjoy when it read.

Something
that I like least from the book is in this book there are many difficult words.
Such as, HDL, LDL, etc. There is also a part of the book I like least. It is
about cardiac risk assessment tools. Because there are many tables about
something like a measurement. But the writer didn’t tell us how to measure it.

I found the author’s background match with the field. His name is Matthew S.
DeVane, D.O., M.B.A., F.A.C.C.,. He is a director of Cardiac Diseases
Prevention and a recognized prevention expert in the largest private cardiology
clinic in northern California. He is also a researcher, teacher, and popular
speaker. It is match with the field of the book that discuss about heart
disease and the solution.

Overall
the book is including all the important information about heart disease. But
what I would like to add in the book is the technique about assessment of
cardiac risk. How to measure our cholesterol, etc. Step by step with brief
information.

I would recommend this book to all my friends. Beside the language that use in
the book is easy, it is also important in our life to know about heart disease,
especially about heart attack that may come sometime without any signs. If we
read this book, we know about the first warning and what we should do.

Maybe
it is 4 for me, because the
language is easy to understand. But there is also some scientific vocabulary
that I don’t know what the meaning of it. Overall I like this book because give
me really important information.
